Refund Policy and Returns

Through our extensive vetting process, we work to ensure products are in appropriate condition for purchase and the seller is fairly compensated. In the rare instance products received don't meet our standards, the items will be returned the seller in their received condition. Sellers will not receive payment until products are received and condition is confirmed. Refunds for any items purchased through our eBay store are handled through that platform and its protocols.
